From the moment I first walked in the door and was greeted by Kim I was treated with great customer service. I had completed paperwork on line so all that was left was filling out a survey of my condition. Kim handed me a tablet to fill out with my finger. I commented to her that it was difficult to get the tablet to respond to a fingertip and the very next session she had a stylus available.
