Amazing care and understanding been getting so much better and the ladies are amazing at there jobs
This PT organization is a GOD send, literally from my mouth to God's ear!! My experience was comfortable, supportive, suggestive, and attentive. Each time I went to Peak (over two years), I came in with limiting pain and their assessments and exercise plans gave me lasting relief for my issues. The atmosphere is fun and energetic and that goes a very long way those days pain decide to stay around longer. Megan's hands are awesome for manual therapy! Staff is excellent and truly care about their clients. I'm always promptly met with happy faces and an eagerness to get started (even when I'm early for my appointment time).
I experienced the wait of 23 minutes waiting for the PT Meagon in the Burleson Tx facility but when she arrived at 7:03 instead of the time of my appointment she did not apologize she only stated “There was an accident “ after I had said I’ve been waiting for 23 minutes. No apology only the statement she repeated several times. I would have understood if there was an accident and if she had apologized I would have definitely under stood but she was very unprofessional and I wasn’t comfortable trusting her in a PT session.
