UGH! Were my first thoughts when my Physican from the Valley suggested that I do PT for my lower back & hip pain. I was prescribed 2 different pain meds by the referring Physician to help relieve some of my discomfort, however, I was not thrilled to be on the meds. Peak Physical Therapy,Dr. Valentine, treated both my wife and I. We both feel his personal attention, knowledge, and skill have significantly improved our quality of life by providing us the tools to reduce our pain via prescribed exercises and dry needle treatments. My wife, a registered nurse, found him to be an exceptional therapist with his one on one personal attention.
