Truly, exceeded expectations is an understatement! Our dog is terrified of the vet and nobody wants to have a vet emergency, but you guys made this such a smooth and easy process. Your staff was pleasant and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being pushed or overcharged. You guys even did his nails while he was under (which is always a fight for us). I am so so grateful! Thank you!
I had to bring my dog in who was bit by another and needed stitches. Everyone from the front staff, to vet assistant, to vet were incredibly kind! It was a stressful and scary situation but their empathy really made a difference and gave me some relief. I appreciate all the hard work from everyone!
My rating reflects on the aftermath of visiting. I was literally raving about this urgent care and even recommended it to so many of my colleagues as they have dogs as well. I thought my girl was out of the woods. Fast forward to today-come to find out at my regular vet (which are the ones who recommended me to go here as they were full) that a test wasn’t run for my dog’s pancreas, even though it was discussed as a possible issue with the doctor that saw her.
