Tebucky’s passion for fitness is like no other. I have done personal training, boot camp, and group classes. If you put in the work, you WILL get results. Nutrition packages are available and they aren’t the bland diets you’re used to. Highly recommend if you want your body in its peak performance. 💪🏼💪🏼

Peak performance hands down is one of the top locations to work out at in Connecticut! This isn’t your typical gym the training is very unique from Circuit training to agility training peak performance has it all! I am a former college athlete and the training has me in the same shape as I was when I was playing. I highly recommend peak performance if you are looking for a gym
I’ve been coming to this gym for about 3 months now, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! For years I’ve been struggling to lose weight after having 2 kids & tried other gyms and this is the first time in about 8 years that I can finally say I’m losing weight and getting stronger! I love that we’re not on machines the whole time and it’s not the same thing everyday.
