I have been three times now. I have a lot of tension and muscle knots in my neck and shoulders. Usually about 2 days after I have been to Peak Performance, I feel like I can move more freely and I realize that for the first time in a long time my tension is significantly reduced, and I believe that if I could go more frequently that it would be completely gone!

I went to see Andy for some Achilles tendon pain I developed while marathon training. At that point a steroid taper and a few weeks of rest rest had gotten me nowhere and I was concerned I was not going to be able to continue training for my upcoming marathon. Within 7-10 days of my first session with Andy I was back to running with very minimal Achilles pain and ultimately completed the marathon the next month without issues! Andy was able to help me identify the source of my running pain in muscles. He helped me with shockwave and active release therapy. He is very gifted in this field. I would highly recommend for any runner experiencing discomfort.
