The staff is always so friendly and smiling. The therapists are always very knowledgeable, encouraging and explain what the action is completely and why I am doing it.
I waited what felt like an eternity to begin a specialized therapy and now that I have "graduated" I can understand why. Becky and Alex were amazing, and from day one I felt heard and understood. They took the time to explain anatomy, the process in which healing would occur, and expectations for the sessions. They were thoughtful in their approaches and I truly received individualized care.
