I’ve been with Mark for about 8 years now and he has prepared me for every soccer season from high school to the D1 level. He has helped me come in to the start of every season one of the strongest and most fit players out there. Of my 5 years of collegiate soccer I have played in 75 career games and never sat out once due to injury. This is largely due to Mark’s regimes and training. He is the guy to go to for any athlete!!

Mark is an exceptional trainer. All workouts are customized for each individual client to take into consideration any physical limitations or current issues the client may be experiencing. I've been a member of Peak Performance for a number of years and highly recommend coming here for core strength, agility training, general wellness and the camaraderie with the other clients.
