My husband and I attend Peak Performance Physiotherapy at Gymea for private pilates tuition. The staff are fantastic, so friendly, capable and authentic. We both have shoulder, neck, back, ankle and knee problems as well as rheumatoid arthritis. These 1 hour sessions help us manage our joint issues and strengthen our bodies. Everyone at Peak Performance is professional and knowledgeable. Anna my physio is brilliant with visible improvements to my injury and a way forward. Bianca’s experience and patience teaching pilates energised me to take it up again. Special mention to Lucy who always has a smile and is so helpful. Recommend Peak Performance to anyone of any age, they are a fabulous team.
Ash, Izzy and the team are superb! They know their stuff inside out, are welcoming and only treat with an end result in mind, not just keep treating you for the sake of it! And the support staff like Lucy are awesome! Nothing is too difficult to help with!
