I had the best therapist! Olivia could feel out where the knots were, and knew exactly how much pressure to apply to make them relax. She pushed me to get stronger (I asked her to) and she was so innovative in coming up with new ways to push me. Even after I had a major set back, and I had to start over- she was amazing at getting my strength back. Of course, I had to do my part and keep up with my exercises at home, which helped my recovery.

Everything about PEAK PERFORMANCE has been truly amazing. From the front desk to the Physical Therapist and the assistants. This is my second time with them..
