I had a total knee rebuild in March of 2021. I went to Mark Wilson at Peak Performance. WOW, what a place! They are the Only place, that I have seen, that uses a "heating-pad" to isolate the area they/you are going to work on. Wow, 10-15 minutes with the heat, it's like you stretched that area for an hour. Then, they really take the "time" to work on that area.
