I really enjoyed my experience at Peak Performance. All of the therapists were knowledgeable about how and why I had to do the exercises. The receptionist was very friendly- speaking to each client by name as we came in and explained the “business side”. If I had to go have physical therapy again, I would go back to Peak Performance! I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs physical therapy, as well
Ive had to get treatment twice at this location. Once for my knee and once for my neck/back. Ive always gotten excellent care! The folks that work there are knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Id 100% recommend them!
My experience at Peak Performance on Monterrey Blvd in Baton Rouge was second to none. From the time I walked into the building until the time that I left, I never felt isolated. Ms. Joann at the front desk was very cordial so I didn’t feel as though I was there just for the service, but that I was part of the community. Alex, the therapist always answered my questions and went above and beyond to provide visuals to ensure that I understood the purpose of each activity.
