Hello, I am now a former patient of Chakra Balance (Tree House Enrichments). Do not seek massage services with this service provider. I have enjoyed all of the workers at Peak Performance they were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Since I've been attending PT I feel alot stronger.

I have had several treatments plan within this facility and each time the service has been awesome. Ms.Joann has called and made sure that my time aligned with my schedule and she's is super friendly. Mr.Alex takes his time in making sure I understand my treatments and making sure I'm relaxed and in good hands. They treat me like family and I would recommend them over and over to anyone.
Went there for consultation. Was told the initial fee was $150. I was ok with that. I paid $50 upfront and was told I could pay the rest later. Talked 15 minutes and worked out 20 minutes. When I found out my insurance would not cover all the therapy, I never went back. Well today I received a bill for over $580!!! I was there for 45 minutes and that's it!!!! Please don't go, if you do, be careful of what you sign, because they even charged my insurance over $380! Warning to all, stay away from all Peak Performance offices!
