We have used Peak performance as a mobile vet for all three of our dogs. This past week my oldest dog began to decline so I scheduled an at home euthanasia. Unfortunately we had to put him no unexpectedly as he really declined over night. In all of our interactions with Dr. Commerford and staff everyone has been so caring and understanding. Our elderly dog could not jump in the car to go to the Vet and did not tolerate being picked up. Dr Commerford came to our home to check on her, gave her Librela shots once a month for her arthritis pain - which Angel didn’t notice. When the pain was too much for her, Dr Commerford came to the house and was so sensitive, caring, and made her last moments the best they could be- encouraging her to eat treats ( she was a food focused dog). Thank you for your care and for taking the time to make a house. You were so compassionate and gentle with our furbaby, Bear. So hard to say good by to our precious Bear, but you gave us so much peace in how you took care of him and us!
Dr. Commeford is the best. We knew our girl was leaving us soon. When it was time Dr Commeford was at our house within a couple hours to help us peacefully say goodbye.
