Today was my first Pilates class at Peak Performance Institute with Morgan. It was without a doubt the best Pilates class I’ve ever attended—much more complete and well-rounded than in other places, with super personalized attention. The instructions she gave us were very clear, and the place is also really beautiful. I 100% recommend it.
Peak performance is a sensational spot for all things health & wellness, I highly recommend using them. My experience there has been 5 star.
Have been using this service for the past few months after a ct scan revealed three bulging discs ! Tim at peak performance has done a fantastic job at fixing this injury and I am now pain free after eight previous months of struggling !! Highly recommend Tim !!!
