First of all, the front desk receptionist has to be the rudest front office person I have ever dealt with. It is obvious, she has some sort of relationship with the office manager. While waiting to see the tester, I was forced to listen to their person conversation which had nothing to do with their jobs. The tester is a completely different situation. Poor communication. My husband was told that our child would be seen for a 4-5 hour long appointment, the form says patient only, yet here i wait for the entire appt with a toddler. The front desk had me fill out 7 forms ranging from 50-200+ questions, most repeating themselves. When asked why the forms were not emailed to me prior to the appt, I was told HR doesn't want to send them anymore because lots of parents weren't filling them out. Poor excuse if you ask me. The only pro is can give you is the office is clean.

Wonderful experience. We were able to get relief that from the answers they helped us sort out for our child.

Literally called 6 times and each time someone answered but immediately put me on hold. No greeting or request I could answer about being placed on hold for X amount of time. Where do these people get trained on etiquette. I'm only calling for the finalized report I was told to be expecting since January.
