So glad that I made this phone call! Dalton and Mikayla are fabulous trainers:) They listen and do such a wonder job pushing you to the next level all the while being great at encouragement. HIGHLY recommend! Do it for you!!!!
Peak Performance is the first gym I've ever joined. I'd never had any formal experience with weightlifting or had anyone to teach me proper form, so, like many people who are starting out, the thought of even joining gym was a bit... scary. Without guidance or a good plan, would I just be wasting money on a membership that I didn't know how to use effectively? Would other members welcome me? I love working out at Peak! Great equipment, clean, and very helpful trainers. We come to almost all of Peak's events for the community and they are very generous and fun!
