Started training with Mikala! She is a wonderful human being! She is knowledgeable, caring, understanding and is so much fun to train with. Can’t wait to see the transformation in a year!

Beyond so happy with Peak Performance gym and my daughter’s personal trainer Kaya. I’ve been working out at Peak Performance Gym and have had a great experience so far. The gym is always clean, and I really enjoy having access to the sauna. As a beginner, I was honestly pretty fearful of the gym at first, but my trainer Daulton has made such a difference. He takes his time, explains things clearly, and makes sure I feel comfortable and confident during my workouts. Because of that, I’m actually enjoying coming to the gym now. Highly recommend Peak Performance, especially if you’re new to fitness.
Awesome atmosphere and clean equipment/gym. Sauna is great and personal training is worth it.
