I’m so glad I found this gym! Initially, I was hesitant to check it out, thinking it might be too advanced for me—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the start, I realized it’s a supportive and encouraging environment where I can learn, grow, and work toward my goals. Frank is amazing—he genuinely cares about his members and is fully invested in helping them succeed, whatever that looks like for each individual. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—check it out! You won’t regret it!
Having been a member for over 6 years now I can highly recommend the gym . The improvements in my old injuries and poor health have been overcome by a great coach and supportive members . It’s be fun and rewarding place to be a member .
I joined this gym a year ago and have seen great results. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The equipment is nice and the atmosphere is great!
