I have been Strength Training and getting Nutritional Counseling from Titus Tom, an excellent personal trainer at Peak Performance Fitness. I thought I would only stay for 20 sessions but I am now on my 3rd set of 20 sessions and it's time and money well spent! I have been exercising at Peak for 8 weeks now. From the very first phone call with Paul, I felt comfortable. He explained the entire program answered all of my questions without being rushed.
