I worked with the exercise physiologist Paul and the fitness team to get my RMR, and VO2 Max testing done - and they were all a great help. They go a step further than any other testing facility I have worked with on Long Island and give you a training program along with your results to improve your metrics. If you're serious about your health and tracking your metrics, this is a great team to work with for VO2 Max testing

A few years ago I sustained shoulder injuries and, for a time, I honestly thought I’d never be able to get in the gym again. After some PT, I decided to try working out with a personal trainer.
