Goal has become my second home. I came to them after my second meniscus surgery and I am stronger than ever. Sky and the team are incredibly kind, super caring, and very talented at what they do. There's no better place out there :)
After months of trying to find help for my back issue, Brian and the rest of the Goal staff got me back to being healthy. They were honest and patient with me and created a step by step plan which I believe anyone can benefit from. They are fantastic people and I cannot be happier to have found their help.
I heard about Goal from my daughter who had an injury and my son-in-law who also knew about Goal. I have had extensive PT for my back and my shoulder over the last few years. I will probably need more PT after an upcoming back surgery - yes, more surgery for this old boy! But I do highly recommend Goal.
