Great customer service, they are one of the only auto shops that answer phone calls and I told them my car details and they didn’t make feel slow for not knowing everything about my car.. made the process very simple and honestly as a black customer I didn’t feel any discrimination or lack of communication from their team members. Also more places should be open 7 days a week like them because car broke down Saturday night and I didn’t have to wait till Monday
He has always been honest and fair with me and saved my family a lot of money. I pass out his card cuz I am so impressed

Well... I can't tell you how much this place disappointed me. Originally brought in my Jeep for AC check, brakes and rotor replacement on 8/11. I was quoted my price and given an estimated time of completion so I agreed. I was told it would be 2-3 hours, and after dropping my truck off early in the morning, I assumed it would be ready around 3pm (4ish hours later) since I didn't hear of any issues. Well, I was wrong!
