Peak Performance is a 24-hour co-ed fitness centre. Peak Performance has 5 different training areas including a commercial weight gym, crossfit/powerlifting box gym, boxing club (including a ring), a cardio loft, and a squash court. Our facility also includes a spa area which features a steam room, dry sauna, cold/ice tub, and hot tub. Our small group fitness classes run year-round. We have boxing, weight training, and squash classes available online.

If you’re a boxer, this is not the place to go. The coaches don’t look for or try to find film of opponents, nor do they try to improve your skills and abilities. They show no drive or incentive in furthering a serious boxing career. I Owen Haight got done dirty by this gym.
