I cannot recommend Amy enough. I worked with her during various stages of my 2 pregnancies, as well as postpartum and beyond after my second child. She was incredible every step of the way. Great experience! Dr. Kristen Long is wonderful and her warm personality helps put you at ease. I'm very grateful for her knowledge and expertise in making meaningful progress towards improving my pelvic floor. She's also very supportive in helping me know that this is a common, fixable issue and I would highly recommend!
I have had 2 sessions so far with Any and she is fantastic. She really takes the time to ask what you would like from the sessions and come up with a tailored plan. I can tell she is a true expert in her field and she really cares about my recovery. I am so glad I found Amy as I have worked with other pelvic floor PTs in the past and Amy has been the best by far.
Kristen was very kind and thorough in our consultation. I can tell she's extremely educated and I felt like she explained everything in a way that's easy to understand. I look forward to you going back and seeing her for a future visits!
Dr. Amy is amazing! I had pretty severe back pain due to diastasis recti and she helped me turn it all around! Even after having baby #2, I am feeling much stronger.
