We were getting desperate for a necessary repair to our rv and Alex was working on another project in the park and we spoke to him about our problem and he came by after finishing the other job and looked our problem and went right to work making the repair. For clarification the same problem has been "repaired " twice before. The difference now it was done properly and I am looking forward to never having to do this repair again. He was quick and efficient.
We had woke up on moving day ready to roll out and hit the road only to find out our hydraulic trailer jacks wouldn’t operate. After an hour of messing with it I finally caved in and gave this company a call, without even charging me or pressuring me to have him come look at the trailer and call me he instead stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes to try and diagnose the problem over the phone. Water in my Winnebago Solis started to leak after spending a night in Tahoe area with outside temperatures of below -10F. I spent two days trying to fix it myself but failed. I saw the leak but my plumbing skills were not enough to fix it. I found Alex on Google maps, called him at 8:15 in the morning. He arrived in 15 minutes and in 2.5 hours the problem was fixed. His skills are extraordinary, he managed to find the part needed instantly and fix everything very fast. He saved my long awaited vacation! Great thanks to Alex!
Super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Alex knows what he is doing and did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with my hot water heater and did everything possible to get it fixed for me fast! He also installed a new electric tongue jack while he checked for my hot water heater to cycle. I will be using this company again for any future needs!
