Bought a 150.00 in value Groupon for the DaVinci teeth whitening which one would assume it being a 1hour procedure or 45 min... Instead they only offer 20 min... False advertising...!!! So, for a 150.00 dollars you only offer 20 min on a regular basis... Is this what you are saying or are you robbing clients
I purchased a Groupon, booked a date and the building was locked, no one was there. When the owner, Kim, finally showed up one hour later everything went well. However, she then stated she would not honor the posted business hours unless I traveled to her second location which was very far from me. She promised to refund the unused portion of my groupon, she never did and I never heard from her again despite my attempts.
I signed up for an appointment online and emailed to follow up since I saw the reviews stating no one showed up. They didn't see my name on the schedule but were able to fit me in on the same day regardless. The tech had to bump me a few hours because of her medical appointment but that's life and I'm grateful she texted me beforehand to let me know. She was nice, treatment was good and they have great deals on skin care as well. I will return bc the price is low.

I showed up to my appointment and doors were locked and no one was available I waited 15-20 minutes and no text or phone response from owner. Starting to suspect that this is a scam.
