I wouldn’t recommend booking an allergist appointment with Dr. Teresa Pun. The visit felt rushed and unhelpful — the doctor keeps cutting us off when we try to say something about our child's allergy, spent very little time with us, didn’t explain the results clearly, and we left with more questions than answers. $50 for an allergist visit to Dr. Teresa Pun, and the experience felt rushed and unhelpful. The doctor barely spent any time with us, didn’t explain things clearly, and we left with more questions than answers. She didn't send any written report of the test either. Mr. Balaian needs a semester in professionalism—and possibly a Canadian healthcare refresher course. I'm working through my challenges with the support of an amazing doctor, and thankfully, the medication she prescribed is working well. they didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, I was tested for things that I told them I was allergic to and guess what, as it turns out I am allergic to the things I knew I was allergic to.
I get a phone call telling me my allergy test results are in and the dr will need 20 minutes of my time to go over them, great, but it's going to take 2 months for that call and I'll get another call to remind me that the dr will be calling me with my results eventually. What? Two months to find 20 minutes for a phone call, unacceptable, mail me the results it'll get to me sooner. I should have seen the red flag when they made me wait in a storage room!
