I've been with Outreach for less than six months. For the first month and a half, we were very happy with the service. Having no bandwidth limit was a huge plus and we were able to stream video again. Then, things started to go downhill. We noticed extreme slow downs and started having outages from 3 minutes to several hours. I've documented over 19 outages in less than two months time as well as very slow speeds much of the time. At first, the company attempted to blame my equipment. When it was clear it wasn't my router, t... read more

Outreach use to be a great company for us out of Charter's service area. I have been a customer for about 4 years. About a year ago the service level started to come down. Bandwidth started to get really bad at night (daytime was ok) and for the last 6 months day times are bad to the point of not even being able to use the service. Many server time outs, disconnects and calls that get tickets created and nothing ever gets fixed (nor returned calls). This is what I think is going on - their service is in demand and they have ... read more

Day 4 of no internet service. I keep being told that "it will be up by 2:00 today". Both my husband and I work out of our home. This just plain doesn't work for us. We have had to find places in dowtown Grants Pass that offer free WiFi to work. We are looking for another service and trying to be okay with swallowing the $300 it cost to get the sattelite and original connection. BAD customer service! They have no storefront and their phone is now ringing busy. This is ridiculous.

Horrible. We switched from Applegate broadband and this service is way worse. We pay for a 7Mbps connection at $79 per month, while during the day it may get up to 5Mbps very sporadically it is always less than 1Mbps from about 4:30pm until 11:00pm or so. Unacceptable. Support is always routed to an answering machine and when you do get to talk to them they try to convince you its your router thats the issue. I highly recommend avoiding this company, I stopped doing speed tests because it raises my blood pressure in the even... read more

Outreach Internet has been a great local company to work with. I greatly recommend them especially for those who live out in the country. I live in town and have an excellent connection. It even held strong through a storm not long ago that knocked my cable connection off hours. But my Outreach Internet was unaffected. With great support service, Rob even came out on a Sunday for a Same day service call. Thank You Rob & Outreach Internet Inc.
