This company has been charging me for almost two years after I moved out of my previous apartment and they never sent an email, letter or notification of any kind to let me know about the renewals or even of my policy. I paid my initial policy in full and didn’t authorize automatic renewals. I found out by chance through my former landlord. I’ve been renting for 10+ years and never had this experience with any other company. It’s a very unscrupulous and fraudulent way of doing business. Stay clear.
Horrible. I purchased this policy and selected to be billed on a monthly basis instead of a yearly, then they tried to charge me for more than what the whole plan cost. Tried for several days to call and cancel with continuously being put on hold, the longest 2 hour and 13 minutes, and still never got through to anyone. If you try emailing them they don't bother to respond. Stay far away from this company.
DO NOT buy any insurance from here! Hard to cancel, sent a online form and no one replies in one week, then made a phone call and waited for an hour (still no one answered yet).
