Excellent vacation rental property hosts, they also do handyman work. I highly recommend them they are very qualified to manage any kind of property, any guest and they keep everything stocked in the house. The are a full service hosts!!
Since switching to Peak Hospitality in January, our bookings have dramatically increased. Julio and Casey have been great to work with and jump in to take care of issues as they arise with our cabin and are responsive to our guests needs as well. It is nice to work with someone who takes our calls instead of always being unavailable like our previous management group.
Julio and Casey have really gone the extra mile with us and have given us excellent service! We are truly grateful that they were willing to help us with our condo in Kauai, HI. There is SO much peace of mind knowing they are faithful communicators with our guests and that they are making every effort to make it a wonderful experience. Thank you!!
