Jim did an amazing job on the annual maintenance service. He was polite, thorough, and kind. Jim explained how annual maintenance is required for the warranties on furnaces and air conditioners. We are now signed up with their Peak Performance Plan. Will definitely hire again. I can't recommend them enough.
I had Peak do a annual maintenance on the hvac in the house we recently bought. Jim did a great job; very thorough and explained things very well. We'll be sticking with Peak for our heating and ac needs
Called this morning as when we got into our office the heat was clearly not working and our office was COLD! Before noon the wonderful folks at PEAK had shown up and got right to work on our rooftop unit. They immediately found a minor problem, fixed it, tested it, and got us warmed back up. Thankful for their prompt, professional and proficient service.
