During the routine annual check on my heat pump and furnace everything checked out fine except for one error message in the furnace. Owen explained the issue and said that they would order the part. Later, when the part was being installed, Dylan discovered that a bird in the motor caused the error message. He checked the pipe outside and discovered the screen that should be covering the pipe was missing. He returned to Doc’s Peak to get a new screen and installed that, too. All set! Doc's is great! Their very friendly staff does excellent work. They were a great help during the recent heat wave.
I was please with the fast turn around and the fix that was made to our A/C Compressor leak. No problems since the service. Hoping we can get another year or two before being forced to replace.
