I needed yearly maintenance on heat and air conditioning units. Got an appointment right away and the technician was great. He explained all that he was going to do and was clean and neat. When my air conditioning needed a new part, he took me out and showed my the part as well as photos of what the part should look like. He gave me a quote and was able to replace the part that day. We just had excellent service from Doc's Peak. We had an issue with the A/C in our new construction home where it was cooling properly, but the humidity in the house was way too high. Builder couldn't figure it out. Doc's Peak diagnosed the problem as a faulty part, and now it no longer feels like a swamp in here. Cost also came in FAR lower than what they quoted us. Very much appreciated!
