My furnace stopped working a month ago on a Saturday morning just before a big snow storm and very cold temperatures were forecast. I called Kyle and he couldn’t have been nicer. He came within an hour, diagnosed the issue, and had everything back up and running in no time. Kyle is exceptional and very pleasant to work with!! I highly recommend him and Doc’s Peak Heating and Air Conditioning!!
I want to commend Docs Peak Heating & Air Conditioning for their exceptional professionalism and expertise. After a contractor was running my oil burner system in extremely low temperatures amid ongoing remodeling—where the wall was knocked down and jackhammers were being operated right next to the system—the system was ultimately damaged. Had our annual heating maintenance performed by Doc's Heating and AC, Inc. I love the fact that Doc's reaches out and reminds you that it's been a year since your last maintenance. Completely up to myself to schedule but I love the reminder (since I never put this "stuff" in my calendar). It was Owen who showed up and has been in our home many times. Very pleased with the work, the price and how fast they were able to install our two Mitsubishi mini splits. Plus Kevin is a diamond dealer so I get an even longer warranty on the units. I highly recommend.
Tenant had no heat on a Sunday with a snow storm raging. Kyle came out to repair furnace and found many parts needed upgrading. He repaired what he could and came back later to finish repairs. Heat issue was caused by jelled oil in outside tank. Repair was not inexpensive but glad they were available to come out in no heat emergency situation. Will use them again.
