Great doctor and staff but the legit the worst phone service front desk I have ever seen in my 29 years of life. Literally impossible to get anyone on the phone it is insane.
Caring and friendly staff, and convenient location.
I had to wait an hour and half to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Next time I he canceled on me twice I was not notified until I get to the office. Then I was billed for over $300. Won’t go back.
Dr Patel has been wonderful in every way!!! HOWEVER, you best PRAY you never need a pre authorization!!! The person who handles that shouldn’t even be employed by them. She has taken 4 months to do something that could have been taken care of in 20 minutes. You could be dead by the time this lazy person gets to you. It shows it’s being worked on at Dr Patel’s office according to front desk.
