I was disappointed to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and be taken back 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I would have dismissed that except I was hastily slapped on with the monitor and when I said I needed to write down what she was rapid fire talking, she dismissed me with "that's all written on the box". I am reporting on our interaction with Dr Mann when he examined Joan Jacobs - she does not have email and I was with her when she was examined after a hospital stay, due to a fall. We were greeted by a receptionist and were escorted to an exam room where Joan was connected for an EKG, then a blood pressure test and another test which included her heartbeat and oxygen level.
