I was disappointed to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and be taken back 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I would have dismissed that except I was hastily slapped on with the monitor and when I said I needed to write down what she was rapid fire talking, she dismissed me with "that's all written on the box".
