I am reporting on our interaction with Dr Mann when he examined Joan Jacobs - she does not have email and I was with her when she was examined after a hospital stay, due to a fall. We were greeted by a receptionist and were escorted to an exam room where Joan was connected for an EKG, then a blood pressure test and another test which included her heartbeat and oxygen level.
