The staff at the Yale St location are the laziest and most incompetent people you will ever encounter. They won't return your calls, they are so terribly trained they are unable to contact your insurance company to get a prior authorization for medication. They won't even call you to tell you they just gave up trying to get the authorization. Absolute worst medical office I have ever been to. They did a procedure that I NEVER authorized. I sent several letters (2 were certified) requesting information that were ignored. On one phone call I asked them if they had my signature to approve the procedure. They told me the fact I showed up was my authorization. I had expected something completely different! Unprofessional and Dangerous!

Haven't even been here and I am not impressed. Was sent by referral after ending up in the ER for heart issues. When my doctor told me to call them to schedule, and not wait for them to contact me, the girl on the phone seemed irritated that I called before the referral made it to their office. Was told that the soonest appt was on May 20th, I know she was hoping I'd say, never mind. But I told her to book it. Also, what sort of medical practice does not have a wait list? After waiting 2 months for my initial appointment, and after confirming via their phone call, text message, and email requests that yes, I would indeed be there for the appointment.... THEY CANCELLED 24 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. Because the doctor had to perform emergency surgery in Phoenix. The doctor's emergency is unfortunate; but, not my doing. Now I will start searching for an alternate provider, and re-start the waiting clock. In the meantime, my condition worsens and the pain increases. I'm not okay with this.
