I really only make it a point to leave reviews when my money and time are exchanged for a service, and the service provided is truly exceptional OR truly awful. Since I paid way more in both my time and money, I'm taking my review and making it count against these guys. I can't even begin to explain how weird, frustrating, expensive, and messed up my experience has been with Peak Heart & Vascular and Dr. Duong these past 8-9 months. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Andy Tran. He truly listens, takes the time to answer questions, and never makes you feel rushed. It is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to receive the very best care possible. He is not only an outstanding cardiologist, but also a kind and compassionate person. I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Tran as my doctor and highly recommend him.
Dr Tran is a excellent Doctor meaning in what he does with his hands. As for his mannerisms with me as his patient. Im not impressed. Nothing I feel is ever explained to me. I try to ask questions but that's when he heads for the door. I won't get into detail about his bedside manners. Since I've relocated to a new Doctor much closer to me in Flagstaff.
