After waiting 2 months for my initial appointment, and after confirming via their phone call, text message, and email requests that yes, I would indeed be there for the appointment.... THEY CANCELLED 24 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. Because the doctor had to perform emergency surgery in Phoenix. The doctor's emergency is unfortunate; but, not my doing. Now I will start searching for an alternate provider, and re-start the waiting clock. In the meantime, my condition worsens and the pain increases. I'm not okay with this.
I was charged over $3000 for really nothing. I never talked with or met Dr. Patel Bit eent through a number of test including a stress test that was done in Flagstaff in the winter time and the office had no heat on the electricity was going off and on. They could have rescheduled but we for what ever reason (money) carried on. I was told because of my varicose vains, I must have blockages in my heart. I’m from out of town and they saw me right away. Doctor and the entire staff were wonderful. I got my test results quickly and they answered all my concerns
on their website listed opening hours 0900-5pm Mon- Fri , Im calling fewer locations , all locations the same, automated phone message, play the same tone of voice, nobody answered phone!!! they ask to leave a message and phone number for them but no one call you back. Suck
