RecommendedI love working out in Don,and Patrick’s HIIT classes. And the spinning classes really push a person also. There are a variety of classes to switch up your workouts so you don’t get tired of the same thing.
Always a wonderful experience probably wouldn’t get a member ship anywhere else.
The warm swimming pools. Always clean and everyone is pleasant.

Group exercise classes are varied and instructors are motivating and offer modifications so everyone has the best workout possible
The Treehouse/childcare has made all of the difference in the world for us! The hours allow us to be flexible with our workout times and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The kids really enjoy going which helps make exercising a lot easier.
Cleanliness, friendly staff, wonderful warm pool.
