I had fraud on my bank account and my cards had to be canceled. One of my cards was on file for a payment plan at this office and my appointment time fell in the window between my cards having to be canceled and my new cards arriving in the mail. I’ve always thought that the lack of friendliness or compassion from the office staff was bad but it reached new levels today. Got a phone call saying they weren't seeing patients in Cache Valley anymore and I'd have to go to Farr West to be seen. Scott Werner and the staff were amazing, I hope they can find a place to work up here.
