If I was just reviewing the reason I am writing this review it would be a 1 star, however, Dr. Werner is genuinely one of the best doctors I have ever witnessed. And I feel blessed to have him as mu doctor. But there is a P.A. named Sam. She has on 20 occasions not called in my prior authorizations. Sam has definitely gone out of her way to make my life miserable. I have called in and let Sam know so many times that a prior Auth needed to be submitted or I have to pay out of pocket. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the worst doctors office I have ever been to it is unreal save yourself time and suffering just find somewhere else trust me you will be better off. Bryan Haynsworth & Troy Johnson should not be doctor's at ALL. I have a friend that has cancer and they won't do anything to help him be comfortable.
Dr Warner was my doctor. AMAZING. Never once judged me or pressured me into things I was not comfortable with. UNTIL he went to Vegas and I had to see Bryan Haynesworth. 0 stars! He said “I will NOT give you oxycodone! You will take morphine (which makes me drowsy) which he didn’t care. I walked out and never went back in fear I’d have to face him again. I took that morphine RX to my primary care and he ripped it up and resumed my rx until i found tanner clinic :)
I went to my appointment at the date and time I was told to be there now their telling me that I have to pay a fee for it.!!!!??????
Brian is an excellent medical professional and I’ve been his longtime patient. He’s wonderful, truly caring and understanding and I would highly recommend
