Subject: Re: Competition Time! When you look for a gym you are looking for it to provide a myriad of things. Peak Health and Fitness certainly fits the bill. Of course it has all the cardio and resistance equipment, but more than that it is a friendly and welcoming environment, inclusive to all. You can do your own thing, get expert advice or join one of the classes. It does what it says on the tin to quote a well worn phrase

Great gym. Really friendly staff who are always available to help if required and offer advise and a friendly face. Good quality equipment from cardio to weights. This gym has really helped my whole family get fit in a safe, friendly environment.

Decent gym has everything you need and always getting new equipment 24 hour availibility is ideal also.

This is a great gym, with a lovely family atmosphere and just the right selection of equipment. Knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help out and advise, which has been brilliant with improving my back issue!
