These are photos of finished a job that the owner believes has “no defects in workmanship” according to his official response to us. Nick refused to recognize the incomplete job and performed spot corrections that turned out even worse (see uneven finish in the last photo). When I purchased my house, I had another flooring contractor sand the hardwood floors throughout my home. The entire home was being remodeled, so protective paper was put down. At the time I didn’t see any issues. However, after moving in, I noticed a large area in the dining room that did not have any finish at all and was dull. Nick did an amazing job with our 170+ yo floors. They hadn't been taken care of for decades, and he made them look like new. He reset all the nails, did the job on time and stuck to his quote, even though the job turned out a little harder than expected. He was also the most reasonable quote we got, and we definitely got value for our money. Same floor in the photos— just taken from different points.
They did a great job with our floors. He was highly professional and his team was able to get in quickly to work on our timeline. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get your floors redone.
Incredible. Nick did such a great job on our oak floors. It was a renovation of a house with a mix of old and new flooring. Nick made it look like it was all original. Highly recommended!
