Excellent electrical service . Punctual and knowledgeable .work completed safely and efficiently. everything explained clearly, and the area left clean .Also it was a fair price for the work carried out. I highly recommend Peak Group.
Poor service required new ac quote which very general. Asked for specific price breakdown from Simon which they never provided. Unit price for AC seemed excessive compared to others. Did not win my business due to poor quality customer attention and lot more $$$ than other companies. Would advise shop around. Then charged a service fee (sour grapes) to quote as they never followed up to win my business or find out why was not going ahead.
Big thanks to Luke and the team at Peak Group! They’ve done a brilliant job installing a split system at my business and another one at my parents’ place, plus serviced our old ducted system. Every time, they’ve been friendly, reliable, and really know their stuff. It’s great dealing with a local family business that actually turns up when they say they will and takes pride in their work. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone on the South Coast needing air con or refrigeration work done right.
