I purchased a set of Mizuno irons from Peak Golf a couple of months ago (great sale, too!) and after playing them a few times I was worried I had made the wrong choice of clubs. I emailed Peak for help and Dennis got back to me in about an hour and said he's on it - long story short, Dennis hooked me up with some sweet new shafts and adjusted the lie and length of my irons to fit me perfectly. Selling a defective golf bag, and saying it’s out of warranty (because I found out after warranty period) and there’s nothing they can do about it (fair enough). BUT…..They shouldn’t have sold defective items in the first place. Accountability!! Stand is defective. They acknowledged it but said there was nothing they could do because it’s out of warranty 12 months. But it’s defective in the first place so warranty shouldn’t be the issue. Glad that Roger reached out, took him around 5 minutes to fix the stand. Thank you.
Great store, recently bought a driver which the shaft unfortunately broke on first use. Guys in the store replaced for me without any hesitation and I couldn’t be more thankful
Great service , the people are very helpful , very quick to replace grips . prices are competitive . my favourite golf store and its local.
