On the way into Rocky Mountain House, a sizeable rock hit my windshield and damaged it pretty badly. I rolled into Peak Glass, just wanting an opinion on the severity of the damage and if it would reasonably hold for a couple days while I'm on a brief vacation. The gentleman that came out calmly said, "yeah, no problem! But definitely get it replaced when you get home." We were travelling through to BC and got a chip and crack on the way. Everybody at Peak auto glass was friendly and efficiently got us in quickly so we could be on the road again.
Peak Glass was able to assist us with a last minute emergency as we were driving through town. Had a rock go through our windshield while on a 8 hour drive. The team was incredible in sourcing the replacement and then completing it so quickly!! We’re back in the road with a short stop! Pricing is better than I would have paid back home. Thank you to the team at Peak Glass for saving the day for us and the 36 School kids that were depending on their bus!!!
Peak Glass gave us a $65 discount for failed repairs on the chips of the windshield towards a new windshield and the dynamic camera calibration was not charged due to warranty for failed repairs on the chips as well. New windshield is factory equivalent glass. Excellent customer service at front desk. They returned my call quickly. Installers were incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the process.
