Great doctors and physical therapists! Fixed my back after a work injury. I highly reccomend Peak Form!
I've really enjoyed my experience with Peak Form Medical so far. The only thing I've struggled with is that they don't keep you with the same person for Physical Therapy. It felt hard at times to be jumping around from person to person. I personally would prefer to be with the same practitioner. Other than that I've really enjoyed their quality of care here!
