The PT studio was clean and organized. I was always greeted with a welcoming smile at the front desk. Kudos to Maggie to make patients feel comfortable. Special thanks and recognition to Thadius Lin, DPT, FRCms, who was knowledgeable and professional during therapy. He helped me reach my goals, corrected mistakes I was making, and gently pushed me to succeed. I highly recommend this clinic to those recovering from a knee replacement.
Nothing but good experiences here. The front staff Maggie and Jasmine always help to get you settled without issues. The doctors are very receptive to what you have to tell them and work to solve those problems instead of just pushing you off. PT therapy staff always pushes you to get better while discussing the options to get there. Great place to be if your hurt.
I was fortunate to have worked with Crystal several times during the physical exam process. She was absolutely amazing, as she is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional and most importantly I could see that she truly cared about her client's best interest. Based on my interactions with her, I would highly recommend this facility as it is apparent that customer service is a value that they take seriously and she epitomizes that trait.
Great experience here, friendly staff. Malisa is always welcoming. Thaddeus is a great PT. Bailey is a great PA.
