Peakfitness YYC has been an absolute game-changer for us! Nathan, the owner, is truly exceptional, his knowledge, especially when it comes to working around injuries, is outstanding. PEAK Fitness is a fantastic gym! The coaches are amazing, the community is supportive, and the workouts certainly make you sweat! I can’t recommend PEAK Fitness enough…come work hard and have fun!
I joined Peak Moms Club when I first found out I was pregnant and it completely changed my pregnancy experience. It was a great way to stay fit all throughout pregnancy but I believe I gained the most value from connecting with all the amazing mothers. Bess is an incredible instructor and mother which is what makes these classes extra unique. I can’t say enough good things about this class series!
Wonderful group of trainers. Lots of choices, whether you are an OCR enthusiast or group class fan, you will find the right fit. Safety first and great motivation for an active lifestyle.
