Horrible service! Do not use this company. They never returned calls, when I called to confirm I was on the schedule they told me I wasn't. Then I was sent an email confirming the date and they no showed me. This company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.
My experience is way to long to explain here, but long story short...had bought part and paid for service and left hanging for almost a year; then these "new" guys come along to claim they are "fixing" things and making right; it took almost two months to get and they could never get it right and got me to buy another part saying it was bad as well, made excuse after excuse and never showed up; now they refuse to come out because they said I was mean after being upset they never showed up for an appointment to install the pa... read more
Ghosted after three phone calls, voice mails, texts and photos sent of what I need done, and a promise to get back to me after the first call. Don't waste your time here.
