Pros and Cons from my experience: PROS: -Classes were challenging and upbeat. Got my heart rate up, that's for sure! They pushed me to the limits, and it was pretty amazing to see what my body could do. -The coaches were motivating. I enjoyed receiving personal notecards with encouraging messages. -Able to utilize an infrared sauna and cold plunge. CONS: -Pricing was a little out of my budget, but I tried to make it work anyway. Just took my first class here and had a very good experience. It’s loud and a little confusing at first, but the equipment is great, the instructors are great and the vibe is positive. There were lots of modifications available for someone who was new. Five stars.
I was visiting Whitefish and decided to try Peak FIT. * Extreme Value - The dropin is very affordable ($30) and if this one class is representative of the entire experience, there's a lot of value in this studio. * Welcoming - While I do workout fairly regularly, some studios can be less welcoming. Great place to work out! Love that I can take a break from work and go to Peak where the workout is already planned for me. The coaches are wonderful and so helpful with form and encouragement.
Great facility, cold plunge and hot sauna really help inflammation in my back and shoulders
