We were charged a pre-payment for our therapy plan. When the first procedure of our plan was implemented it was discovered that we did not need the original therapy plan, and would need less intervention. We requested a refund of the difference on our pre-payment, and had to call multiple times to get any payment processed. While we were fighting for our refund, the office then billed our insurance for the original therapy plan, that was not performed. I was referred to Peak by my dentist after shadows showed at the roots of all four of my first molars. I was quoted nearly $700 for scans and a consultation because they wanted to perform a CBCT scan on all four teeth. One of those teeth had previously been treated by Advanced Endo, so I went there to confirm the treatment plan for that specific tooth first (as a follow up). Marsha & Dr. Rivera are the best in the business. I was a little nervous going into this appointment because my tooth was in a lot of pain. They took amazing care of me and made me feel at ease. Truly an answered prayer!
