Peak Elevator has very polite staff, that all want to be helpful, however none of them can actually do anything for you. Before I made the mistake of signing a service contract with them they were prompt and efficient. Since signing a Maintenance Agreement, it has been a nightmare to get our “scheduled” maintenance, and I have spent over two months trying to get basic repairs taken care of.
