Around 6pm on a Saturday evening, I realized that a couple of electrical outlets in my garage were not working. I had a fridge/freezer plugged in and did not want to let the food spoil. RUDE RUDE RUDE Called this company on a Saturday Afternoon and ask him about my dryer outlet I just purchased A stackable Washer and dryer the cord to the dryer is a little short I ask him can the outlet be turned around he says No the whole plug need to be engineered over then I asked another question then started getting frustrated And hung up the phone in my face. John was available late afternoon on a Sunday. Tried troubleshooting with me over the phone before coming to help as best he can. Super responsive and very professional. Hopefully I don’t need an electrician in the future, but if I do I’ll be calling Peak Electric back.
John is very professional. Gave us very good advice and explained us the problem in detail . We were able to fix it ourselves due to his advice. He didn't even charge us the service fee as he only charges if he fixes the problem. Highly recommended.
