Nice staff, helpful, knowledgeable. Chad helped me out with some quick fixes after hours in preparation for a trip to Moab. I’ve always found what I needed and received non judgy help!
Probably good if you're a dude looking for a bike, but as middle aged woman looking for accessories, I was invisible. The guy literally turned from me and started chatting with the other staff.
Great shop and a bunch of really friendly and helpful people! I work in a bike shop myself in TN and we place treating people like we want to be treated as top priority. I rented a bike from them while on vacation and it was obvious that Peak operates with the same philosophy! Highly recommended and I'll definitely do business with them again on future trips to Denver! Thanks again guys!
Not cool! You charge me for 2-3 day shipping on Saturday and on Wednesday I get an email stating you just shipped on Tuesday. Most LBS that drop ship only place a QPB order once a week. I thought you were different. Don't say "in stock" if you have to order it before selling to me.
Always speedy, friendly, knowledgable service. Demoing is easy, staff is efficient. Parts are in stock or come very quickly. Not Overpriced, just a nice shop.
