I have been a client for several months. The cryotherapy is amazing and energizing, and if you are looking for the most amazing massage ever book an appointment with Kate. The entire staff is wonderful and informative.
Don't second guess cryo! If you have pain or trouble sleeping.....GO. Can't stress how good you feel for days after. John and the staff are excellent and accommodating. I have been going all through "Corona Season" and it is always clean and welcoming. I go during my lunch break, so I have not had a message yet. When I do get one, I will be back to give another 5 star review. Thanks for everything Peak.
The cryo is like an ice pack for your whole (sore) body! I always walk out feeling SO much better (energized and limber) than when I walked in. I try to go as often as possible and also really like the Normatech(sp?) for my hips and legs. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel like you're family (it's a family run business). Highly recommend!
